Annual Cable and Satellite MSOs Compensation Survey

This highly industry specific survey is conducted annually to provide multiple systems operators (MSOs) with up-to-date, market competitive compensation data.  The Croner Company collects and analyzes the confidential data on CTHRA's behalf.  In 2012, 14 MSOs representing 125,000 employees, used Croner survey data to establish rational market compensation levels in their organizations.  The participant companies in the 2012 MSO Report are the majority of industry employers and therefore provide strong industry representation.  They include 8 of the 10 largest Cable and Satellite MSO's, 4 more in the top 25 largest and 2 regional MSOs.  For additional information or to participate in this survey, contact Laurie Krashanoff of The Croner Company, at laurie@croner.biz or 415.485.5521.
