CTHRA SELECTS SAN DIEGO FOR SPRING SYMPOSIUM
Focus on Engaging Employees for Success

Naperville, Ill., January 19, 2006 —The Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) announced it will continue its Achieving Excellence Symposium Series in 2006 with two symposiums. The first, to be held on March 9 at the Westgate Hotel in San Diego, will focus on “Engaging Employees for Success.” The date and location of a second symposium will be announced soon.

The one-day Spring Symposium will feature leading management and human resources experts offering practical insight on key issues such as how to raise the bar on performance to achieve organizational goals, motivating employees, attracting and retaining talent, and employment law. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers and each other throughout the day, providing a valuable forum for networking and sharing proven practices.
