Harpo's Tenia Davis and Cablevision's Michael Butler Join CTHRA's Board of Directors

Naperville, Ill., January 29, 2009 - Today the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) announced that its board of directors election resulted in the addition of two new board members: Tenia Davis, vice president of human resources for Harpo Inc., and Michael Butler, senior vice president of compensation and benefits for Cablevision Systems. The new board members were elected by CTHRA's members, which include more than 1,500 human resources professionals spanning 100 industry companies. Voters also confirmed the re-election of Lisa Kaye, president and CEO of greenlightjobs.

Effective immediately, Davis, Butler and Kaye begin serving a two-year term of office. They join 14 individuals serving on CTHRA's board of directors:

CTHRA's officers will continue to serve in their current positions: Ramsey as president, Munoz as immediate past president, Chang as vice president, Hand as secretary, and Cookson as treasurer.
