CTHRA Kicks off New Webinar Series on May 7 The Rules Have Changed: Federal Employment Law 2009 Naperville, Ill., April 13, 2009 — What happens when you combine a new president, 64 new members of Congress, and a recession? An influx of workplace-related legislation! Already this year, the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and changes to COBRA subsidy rules were enacted into federal law. Plus, the Employee Free Choice Act has created quite a buzz.
