
Keynote Tom Brooksher to Rev Up CTHRA ’s Symposium Naperville, Ill. – The Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) announced its Achieving Excellence Symposium on May 18 will feature a keynote presentation by Thomas W. Brooksher, president and CEO of NCTI.
