CTHRA Selects Philadelphia for Fall Symposium
Event Will Include Results Overview of CTHRA’s 2006 Compensation and Human Capital Metrics Surveys

Naperville, Ill., April 5, 2006 — Riding the wave of success of its recent event in San Diego, the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) will continue its Achieving Excellence Symposium Series on October 18 in Philadelphia at the Park Hyatt Hotel.

CTHRA’s signature, one-day symposium, will feature a distinguished assembly of speakers, including leaders from the cable industry and human resources experts. Attendees will engage with speakers and colleagues throughout the event, providing an effective forum for sharing proven practices and networking. In addition, attendees will gain valuable, industry-specific knowledge during a special session focused on the trends and benchmarks identified by CTHRA’s 2006 Compensation Surveys and inaugural CTHRA Human Capital Metrics Survey. The Croner Company is currently compiling data for this year’s compensation analysis, and CTHRA will release the results to the public in October. Saratoga is conducting CTHRA’s human capital metrics survey.
