CTHRA Announces Achieving HR Excellence Symposium October 23 Event in Atlanta Will Feature New Format

Naperville, Ill., June 7, 2007 — The Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) will continue its distinguished Achieving HR Excellence Symposium series with an event on October 23, 2007 at the W at Perimeter Center hotel in Atlanta. With a focus on maximizing workforce trends, the educational event will include sessions on human capital metrics, legal issues, workplace flexibility, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and generational issues.

In addition to traditional general sessions featuring industry leaders and human resources (HR) experts, the Atlanta symposium will include a CEO plenary session, an awards presentation and two blocks of breakout sessions. The format, topics and speakers are being organized by a committee chaired by Erin Hand, vice president of talent and development for Cox Communications.
