CTHRA Symposium Will Spotlight Risk Management Best Practices

Naperville, Ill.–The Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) has announced that William Arnone, a partner in the Human Capital practice of Ernst & Young LLP, will share his expertise during a session at CTHRA’s Putting the Best to Work Symposium on October 19 in New York.

Arnone’s presentation, titled “Broadening Your View of Human Resources Risk Management,” will open attendees’ eyes to critical human capital issues and their impact within an organization. In addition, he will delve into the areas of workforce planning, IRS large benefit plan audits, ERISA plans and how to balance employee benefits with rising costs.

Arnone has extensive experience helping large organizations align their benefit programs with business and human resources objectives. In addition, he specializes in strategic positioning, design, management and marketing of personal financial counseling in employer-sponsored programs.

In addition to Arnone’s risk management session, CTHRA’s symposium will feature programs on integrating human resources strategies with business goals, negotiation and the gender divide, recruiting and retaining Gen X and Y and other critical human resources issues.
