CTHRA Symposiums Help Industry Put the Best to Work

Naperville, Ill. – Building upon the success of its October 2003 People Are the Priority Symposium, the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA) has announced a 2004 symposium series titled Putting the Best to Work.

The first symposium will be held on June 8 in Los Angeles followed by a New York City venue on October 19. Each CTHRA conference will feature a keynote speaker and a distinct assembly of human resources experts sharing best practices and insight into critical personnel issues facing the cable and telecommunications industry. The release of CTHRA’s renowned annual industry compensation survey will coincide with the fall symposium.

"CTHRA's Putting The Best To Work Symposiums provide a valuable forum for industry professionals to focus on what matters most in designing and implementing people strategies with high standards of excellence and performance. Attendees gain insight into proven practices they can implement within their organizations to improve productivity, morale and retention," shared CTHRA's program chair and board member, Carolyn Cason of Warren & Morris, Ltd.

Human resources professionals, trainers and managers of all levels throughout the MSO, programmer and vendor communities will benefit from attending. To register or learn more about CTHRA’s symposiums please contact CTHRA’s program manager, Michelle Scott, at 630-416-1166 ext. 30.
