CTHRA's Think Tank for HR Executives is an annual gathering of invited senior HR leaders from across the industry. The event focuses on strategic thinking, problem solving, and innovative leadership while helping participants gain new perspectives on their business and the future of the industry.

Each Think Tank is led by a world-class thought leader. The 2011 Symposium featured Dr. Peter Cappelli, George W. Taylor Professor of Management and Director, Center for Human Resources at The Wharton School who led interactive sessions focused on talent management.
